Personal data we process
Your identity and contact data, vehicle data (plate, chassis number, mileage), service and maintenance history, financial data needed for finance applications, test drive and appointment records, CCTV images from showrooms, and website usage data.
Purposes and legal grounds
Carrying out sales and delivery, providing warranty and service, referral to financing institutions, recall and safety notices, appointment management, legal obligations and, where you have given explicit consent, campaign communication.
Your data is processed on the grounds of performing and establishing contracts, complying with legal obligations, our legitimate interests and, where required, your explicit consent.
Transfers
Your personal data may be shared only as far as the service requires with business partners, suppliers, legally authorised public bodies and IT service providers. Transfers abroad are made only in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction, deletion or destruction, ask for restriction of processing, learn which third parties received your data, and object to outcomes produced solely by automated analysis.
